AI SUMMARY — Oracle faces a structural problem where each new Nvidia chip release accelerates depreciation of its $40B chip investment, creating a collateral crisis for its data center financing. The company is trapped in a no-win situation as rapid AI chip obsolescence undermines the value of assets backing its debt.

I made a diagram of the data center financing chain. The grey spine is the lease chain. Oracle is by far the weakest link because they spent 40 billion on chips that are now obsolescent and depreciating even more on every Nvidia release.
