AI SUMMARY — Aritzia (TSX: ATZ) has strong Q2 earnings with 44% revenue growth, 67% digital growth, and record 21% EBITDA margins, with an upcoming Investor Day on October 27 that could drive further upside through analyst estimate revisions and post-earnings drift. Key risks include Investor Day being priced in, conservative management guidance, or failure to demonstrate sustainable U.S. growth and margin expansion.

Aritzia has been smashing earnings for years.

If you didn’t make an easy bag last week on the 17%+ gap up, congrats, you managed to miss one of the cleaner Canadian earnings trades on the board.

But I don’t think the move is necessarily done.

Next catalyst: Investor Day on October 27.

And this is where the setup gets interesting.

Q2 just came in with roughly:

44% revenue growth
34% comps
60% U.S. growth
67% digital growth
record \~21% adjusted EBITDA margin

Management also raised the outlook and said momentum continued into Q3.

Now they get to stand in front of analysts and lay out the next multi-year growth plan.

That means:

earnings beat
→ analyst revisions → PEAD → Investor Day → potentially higher long-term revenue/margin targets → more revisions

This is basically the dream setup for post-earnings drift if management gives the market another reason to keep raising estimates.

The obvious risk is that Investor Day is already priced in or management gives conservative long-term targets and the stock fades.

But if they show that U.S. growth still has runway and 20%+ margins are sustainable?

Then last week’s gap might have been the first leg, not the whole move.

Long time share holder, but also FEB 2027 140$ and MAR 150$ calls primed for juicing.

Not financial advice. I just like expensive SuperPuff jackets AND upward estimate revisions.
