AI SUMMARY — SLMT is a Nasdaq microcap with governance concerns but attractive risk/reward due to substantial Solana treasury holdings relative to market cap, presenting a speculative play on Solana's price momentum. Key risks include poor governance structure, the company's unstable history (formerly a sports holding company), and heavy dependence on Solana's continued appreciation.

Governance seems to be a bit of a mess in this Nasdaq microcap (previously a minor league football club holding company and now a Solana treasury company), but with its hefty treasury holdings of Solana compared to its market cap and Solana pumping right now, this seems like a fun gamble and I took an unleveraged $20k position. It's this or the horses... Cathy Wood/ARK has more or less completely bailed out, although that could be a good sign given her recent performance.
