Jensen just popped the cybersecurity bubble. $CRWD PUTS
$CRWD
AI SUMMARY — Author argues that cybersecurity stocks, particularly CrowdStrike ($CRWD), are in a bubble due to inflated valuations (50x sales, no earnings) and Jensen's announcement of a safe AI agent deployment platform that reduces perceived hacking risks. Key risks include the thesis depending on continued stock decline and the possibility that the safe AI deployment platform announcement may not be as bearish for cybersecurity as anticipated.

Cybersecurity stocks have mooned recently on fears that AI agents would go on a rogue hacking spree.
Jensen just announced a new platform for the safe deployment of AI agents, and every major AI company is on board.
$CRWD is the big papa of the cybersecurity industry, and it trades at 50x sales with practically no earnings. Revenue growth is also forecast to slow next year. It’s a bubble.
I bought CrowdStrike weekly puts last week purely based on technicals (10/2 expiry, $247.5 and $230 strikes, and some slightly longer dated). I got lucky with Jensen’s announcement this morning, but this stock has a long way to drop IMO 💸
