Been looking at ways to trade the Anthropic IPO hype and I think DXYZ might be the best way to do it.
- DXYZ has meaningful Anthropic exposure, plus OpenAI
- Last reported NAV was $34.30 per share and the stock is still hanging around there. Highly unusual for this stock historically, making it a crazy good entry point at around $32.5
- We literally just saw this thing go insane around SpaceX. People wanted private SpaceX exposure, DXYZ got bid way above NAV
- DXYZ is a closed-end fund, so if enough retards pile in, it can trade way above the actual value of the stuff it owns.
Chain of events:
Anthropic S-1 drops, everyone starts freaking out over the numbers, CNBC starts doing “HOW TO BUY ANTHROPIC BEFORE THE IPO” segments, people start searching for proxies, and eventually they find DXYZ.
