Been watching HIMS and this BONER pairing on Long.xyz. A few things caught my attention:
- Andrew Dudum, the HIMS CEO, followed the BONER account on X today. He only follows 8 accounts.
- HIMS has 28.5% of estimated float short and 4.5 days to cover, based on August 14 data.
- These pairings keep trading through nights and weekends. Look at MEME/AMC: $26.8M in MEME volume over 24 hours, alongside an AMC move above 14% after hours.
Here’s the math that interests me alongside a HIMS position:
Assuming the HIMS token tracks the stock, before fees and slippage:
|HIMS move|BONER move against HIMS|BONER dollar return|
|:-|:-|:-|
|\+30%|Flat|+30%|
|\+30%|\+50%|+95%|
|\+30%|\+100%|+160%|
|\+50%|\+100%|+200%|
|\+30%|−50%|−35%|
- So if HIMS rises 30% and BONER doubles against HIMS, a hypothetical $1,000 stock position becomes $1,300, while $1,000 in BONER becomes $2,600. Combined: $2,000 becomes $3,900, up 95%.
My thesis is new attention, a positive business catalyst, then a stock breakout that puts pressure on shorts.
You can also check out BONER on Fomo. They’ve abstracted away the bridging between supported chains, so you don’t have to manually move funds across networks or figure out Robinhood Chain first.
