AI SUMMARY — Nike is undervalued despite high P/E ratio because quality companies command premium valuations; the company is actively investing in next-generation athlete partnerships (like Alyssa Liu) that will drive long-term growth similar to Apple's strategy. Key risks include competitive pressure from Lululemon, execution risk on new partnerships, and market sentiment shifts.

Too woke? What are we talking about??? P/E too high?? Seriously? P/E is high for a reason numbnuts. Quality and premier status demand that “high” P/E. You read one article about Nike not being the king of sportswear and see a couple Lulu fluff articles and think the company is done for? 🤣 Wall Street usually turns around before Main Street. This stock will rally a lot sooner than you think.

Also the biggest piece of the puzzle, and it ain’t Wemby (although he’s definitely part of it): Alyssa Liu partnership. Nike is ACTIVELY working on their next generation partnerships. This doesn’t happen overnight, but Nike investing into the next generation of big name athletes is exactly what I want to see. That next generation is gonna be the ones helping Nike back to all time highs. Every generation has churn, could say the same thing about Apple. Too boring, same phone, blah blah. If apple can keep the green rolling in, so can our Nike board member Timothy Cook, who also bought tons of stock at $60 and $40/share.

Once these calls go ITM I’ll likely exercise at least half of them and continue to hold for the multi year run. Ex-dividend date is September 1st, 2026. Next earnings report is September 29th, 2026.

Enjoy the ride. ✅
