I’m fairly new to this so here goes.
So I’ve been following qxo for a little bit now. It seems the ceo follows the same process everywhere he ends up.
He finds a fragmented market jumps in and begins gathering funding assembling a team and acquiring other companies. Merging them into a much larger platform.
Something like Capital,Leadership,M&A,Integration Planning,Day-1 Integration, Procurement,Technology,Margin Expansion,Cash Flow,Repeat.
Did anyone follow the xpo , united rentals or Jacob’s (ceo) other previous companies?
It seems qxo is sitting at a point where they have acquired (not done with this) a few companies and are somewhere around proving execution stage. I’m intentionally looking for holes in my theory, indicators I may have missed or really anything that shits on my theory.
Not looking for price targets. Just looking for other folks opinions.
