AI SUMMARY — Author is bullish on Nu Holdings ($NU) as a high-growth fintech company dominating South America with 135M+ customers, strong execution (83% activity rates, $16 ARPAC, $871M Q1 net income), and potential for 10x returns driven by Mexico/Colombia expansion and US entry. Key risks include execution on international expansion, competitive pressures in emerging markets, and valuation assumptions that current $19-22 fair value could reach $100.

Everyone’s so hot in chips and tech I actually think reading a bag for some capital rotation and quality companies.. well $NU in and interesting play. Personally I’m bullish on South America and they are already taking key markets but storm. I just entered 4 Leaps waiting for money to clear and I will pick up 1k shares to start and DCA over the next year to hopefully around 2k shares.. here’s my thoughts

NU is executing at an insane level... Customer base hit 135 million Q1 2026, Brazil approaching 100 million monthly actives. Activity rates hold steady around 83 percent, and Mexico is following the same path with 15 million customers already. ..

ARPAC climbed to around $16 per active customer, up sequentially every quarter. a record Q1 revenue of $5 billion. Credit portfolio grew 40 percent year over year to $37 billion+

Bottom line is strong. Q1 net income was $871 million, Earnings have compounded over 80 percent annually since 2022. ROE sits in the 29-33 %range, and the core efficiency ratio improved to like 16

2026 has been really good for them.. They are winning in core markets, scaling AI across underwriting and customer journeys, and laying groundwork for US expansion with limited efficiency impact under 100 basis points per year. Mexico and Colombia add further upside as monetization matures also, and who knows wher else is next

Analysts project revenue around $22 billion for 2026 with continued strong net income growth.

Fair value id say is around 19-22$ but I think the growth will push this to a 100$ stock .
